Illustration Work
As an illustrator, my work is heavily influenced by noir culture and retro cartoons. I create bold black and white characters that are instantly recognizable and provide a touch of nostalgia for those who grew up with classic cartoons. At the same time, I also incorporate a modern touch by using simple shapes and bold colors in my pieces.
My artwork is available as stickers, posters, and tattoo pieces, and I am fortunate to have a diverse range of clients who appreciate my unique style. Whether it's a sticker to adorn a laptop, a poster for a bedroom wall, or a permanent tattoo, my illustrations provide a fun and stylish way to express oneself.

This project was near and dear, close to my heart. I decided I wanted to blend the stylization of the 1950's cartoons I enjoy with some street graffiti brushes. Something I love to do in art is have your eye pick up something new each time you look at it.
Creatively I love playing around with textures and, at the same time silhouette. These show my outside-of-the-box style with grunge and horror in mind. You can view more on my design Instagram.
The Party Monster illustration was a tedious and challenging project I made for myself. I wanted to embody the old style of cartoons, while still having a mixture of commotion to the viewer so they would have to scan the illustration more than once. I created this on my iPad in a span of 2 months. Available for purchase at my RedBubble Store Front.
The Guilty Pleasure design was something I started right after the Party Monster. I wanted to continue on the over exaggeration of cartoon like faces, but focus on some texture and bold black work. The implied negative space and polishes on the design also helped shape how I illustrate now. Available for purchase at my Redbubble Store Front.

I was commissioned to do these designs for a client who was starting a dispensary and they needed a on brand sticker. So I created two very distinctive aesthetics. On the left, there is the hippy very young look with bold colors, inspired by mellow mushroom. On the right there is more of the intellectual design with some ‘arizonian’ colors to emphasis the rays of sun and contrasting colors. Both designs were created on my iPad.
This project’s purpose was to help extend my knowledge of how to use busy illustrations to guide the eye, and how to make the viewer focus on a focal point using minimal illustration. The left design I drew on my iPad, knowing I wanted a dream like-chalk aesthetic, while the color of the page makes the aquatic illustration become whimsical and friendly. On the other side, the glow effect of the air brushed planets make you view the product in a whole different way. It keeps your eyes focused on what the product makes you feel rather than what the product sells. The left sells a clear screen and connection, while the right sells a higher battery life and a dream state.
The Brown Bear Oatmeal brand was something I envisioned in Whole Foods, or World Market. I saw a posh and upscale healthy brand of oatmeal-and the design needed to represent that as well. I started with illustrating the chalk strokes of the logo and bear on my iPad, and transferred that to photoshop for finalizations. The colors are a cool tone but warm enough to give you a classic ‘ma and pa’ aesthetic. This was one of my first projects I actually made into a 3D object for my exhibition.
